Perhaps it will find use in some combo deck or in some crazy affinity deck with Salvage Titan and Myr Enforcer when the right card is printed to go with them

Card not found, on the other hand, was a stable in some of the most powerful decks of the time in Standard, meaning that it was miserable enough to be banned a year after its initial printing, which isnt even that notable, because there were so many bans around this time, because WotC had completely lost their grasp on Standard, which we are still feeling today
